Our Company Aims
Recycled Scotland has moved into St.Pauls church in Lorne Street, Leith.
We aim to revitalise this once vibrant building by creating an indoor recycled furniture market.
We will offer recycled, White goods, household furniture and office furniture. We also hope to introduce new furniture that may only be flawed or have been returned for some reason or another.
Again it is our intention to create a bookstore and bric-a-brac shop within the main church area.
The fabric of the church is not as we would like it to be and to this end any spare funds created from sales, removals and clearances will be channelled into the upgrading of this well known Leith landmark.
We also hope in the near future to introduce a small drop in cafe to be used by pensioners in the Leith area as a social meeting place.
.
Recycled Scotland also aim is to support Scottish charities deemed to be "less sexy" as they tend to get less coverage than the better known charities.
This can be done in several ways, from having the use of the church facilities to host fundraising events such as jumble sales to using the front to advertise their details.
